What is a DLF event

The Digital Leadership Forum is a membership community of innovative digital leaders from leading brands including Unilever, Intel, Lloyds Banking Group, BT, Pfizer, Dell Technologies, Sky and AstraZeneca. Each month we host interactive knowledge-sharing sessions for our members where you can share experiences and gain fresh insights to drive your digital transformation strategies.

 

What happened at the event

In March 2021, members of the Digital Leadership Forum met over Zoom for the launch of our Digital Marketing Leadership Academy series on ‘Reinventing Customer Engagement’.

Representatives from leading organisations including Pfizer, BT, Intel, GSK, Unilever, BDO, Baker McKenzie, Sky, Novartis, Boehringer Ingelheim, Dell Technologies, Takeda, Lloyds Banking Group, IRIS, Coutts and many more joined this session to gain insights into how to create the best customer experiences throughout their entire lifecycle.

Attendees heard from HSBC, Hubspot and Wunderman Thompson and gained tips and insights on:

  • How to elevate customer journeys across mobile and web channels (including apps)
  • How to better capture and manage customer interaction data
  • A better understanding of the context, behaviour, needs and preferences of your customers
  • Insights into how you can apply machine learning to personal product recommendations
