What is a DLF event

The Digital Leadership Forum is a membership community of innovative digital leaders from leading brands including Unilever, Intel, Lloyds Banking Group, BT, Pfizer, Dell Technologies, Sky and AstraZeneca. Each month we host interactive knowledge-sharing sessions for our members where you can share experiences and gain fresh insights to drive your digital transformation strategies.


What happened at the event

Over 100 attendees met at Baker McKenzie to discuss what makes a successful digital workplace, coming from Lloyds Banking Group, GSK, BT, Dell Technologies, Slack, EDF Energy, Schroders, Octopus Investments, BDO, Zoom and many more organisations.

Attendees discussed the challenges that companies face, both in transitioning to a digital workplace and in maintaining an efficient and consistent working style once that transition has been made.

There were presentations from Monzo Bank, GoSpace, and attendees heard from a panel on digital workplace technologies with speakers from Baker McKenzie, Zoom, Artificial Solutions, Slack and Immerse.

Our members also had the chance for a deeper-dive into the issues in breakout groups where they discussed topics including making a business case for a digital workplace, forming a digital strategy, choosing the right technology, and the importance of leading cultural change across an organisation.
