What is a DLF event

The Digital Leadership Forum is a membership community of innovative digital leaders from leading brands including Barclays, Unilever, Intel, Lloyds Banking Group, Pfizer, Dell Technologies, GSK and Baker McKenzie. Each month we host interactive knowledge-sharing sessions for our members where you can share experiences and gain fresh insights to drive your digital transformation strategies.

About the event

According to some estimates, up to 70% of successful people have experienced impostor syndrome including Michelle Obama and Albert Einstein. Impostor Syndrome is when someone doubts their accomplishments and has a persistent internalised fear of being exposed as 'a fraud'. People with impostor syndrome feel that luck rather than ability lies behind their successes.

Join this session to:

  • Hear top tips on how to overcome impostor syndrome so you can maximise your potential
  • Discuss how impostor affects you with other members
  • Equip yourself with the skills and support network to excel in your career in 2019
