Pinsent Masons and Intel are collaborating with the Digital Leadership Forum to develop and provide an online AI Healthcare Leadership Academy.
The Digital Leadership Forum is a membership community of innovative digital leaders from world leading brands. Each month we host interactive knowledge-sharing sessions for our members where you can share experiences and gain fresh insights to drive your digital transformation strategies.
Representatives from leading organisations including GSK, Dell Technologies, NHS, Public Health England, Pfizer, Takeda, Belron International, BT, and more joined this session to explore crucial ethical concerns of implementing AI into healthcare practices, particularly with regards to data governance, privacy protection, regulatory landscapes, risk management, and security.
Attendees heard from AstraZeneca, Privitar, Sensyne Health and Pinsent Masons to discuss the understanding of ethical implications for scaling AI going forward. Gaining a firm grasp of legal frameworks, effective transparency and accountability, patient trust considerations, data ownership and potential for racial and gender bias is essential.
