In September 2020, members of the Digital Leadership forum met over Zoom to discuss how to develop an effective multichannel marketing strategy.
Representatives from leading organisations including Unilever, Intel, Refinitiv, EDF Energy, AstraZeneca, Octopus Investments, Met Office, GSK, Coutts, Selesti, Hines and many more joined this digital round table to learn how to strengthen customer relationships through digital commerce, social media, mobile marketing and the Internet of Things. Attendees heard from Matthew Hird, Marketing Specialist at Selesti and gained an understanding on how to prioritise critical capabilities to set multichannel marketing up for customer success and smart insights into how to align multichannel marketing initiatives with business goals.
