What is a DLF event

What happened at the event

Thank you to our speakers and group leaders for facilitating the conversations and Hootsuite for providing such an inspiring space. 

“Too much filler content, not enough killer” was a strong way to start a talk by JustGiving’s Head of Growth Danny Denhard, but the numbers speak for themselves: every minute; 72 hours of video are uploaded to YouTube, 3,600 images uploaded to Instagram, 278k tweets posted, the list goes on. It’s easy for brands to just add to the noise without creating any meaningful engagement. 

We all know social media marketing isn’t a one-way conversation, to truly join the conversation in an authentic manner, brands must first listen to their audience and understand what pushes them to post online.
