Des O'Connor

Des works in Dell Technologies in the enterprise business and is focused on Artificial Intelligence and Digital Strategy across Finance, Retail, Automotive and Manufacturing. Prior to joining Dell Technologies, Des was a Management Consultant and has experience in Go to Market Strategy development, Transformational Change and Project and Programme Management. He is excited about emerging technologies and co-creating new solutions, enhancing human progress. Outside of work Des is a keen runner, cook and works at the Royal Trinity Hospice as a be-friending volunteer for people with end of life illnesses. 

Chris Feltham

Chris is an Industry Technical Specialist at Intel UK working with leading Cloud Service Providers, and is responsible for assisting customers in their use of Intel products and technologies to enhance their service offerings and grow their businesses.

He focuses on areas including Software Defined Storage, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, Workload & Infrastructure Acceleration, and Enterprise Digital Transformation as it relates to service provider businesses.

Chris has held a number of sales & marketing positions during his 19 years with Intel, including Key Account Management, Product & Technical Marketing roles in Europe and the US, Business Development for a number of Intel product lines, and support of Digital Transformation initiatives with G500 customers around the world.

He also holds a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Computer Systems) from Brunel University in London, UK, and lives in Swindon with his wife and 3 year old son.


Rachel Astley

Rachel is an experienced management consultant with 15 years experience delivering large scale transformation in the Financial Services industry. She is currently at Deloitte as an independent consultant and provides advisory services to clients setting up their automation programs, as well as leading Deloitte’s internal Global R&IA assets and enablers program. Previous to Deloitte, Rachel worked for Accenture as a Senior Manager in the Capital Markets practice, leading their RPA proposition and providing delivery services to IB clients.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys travelling, keeping fit and making flavoured gin.

Richard Frost

Richard is a very experienced Enterprise Architect with 30 years experience at Lloyds Banking Group and five years with Yorkshire Building Society Group. Richard joined the Digital & Innovation directorate at Yorkshire Building Society in 2018 to define the future state architecture, surface and design new initiatives and deliver strategic innovation. He is currently working on a new digital experience platform. Previously Richard established the Centre for Process Automation, delivering Robotics, Zero Code BPM and intelligent image management technology.

Outside of work Richard finds time for photography, running and experimenting with electronic musical instruments.
