In November 2020, members of the Digital Leadership Forum met over Zoom to discuss ‘Why digital transformation is not just about technology’.
Representatives from leading organisations including Unilever, Pfizer, Lloyds Banking Group, BDO, AXA Health, Schroders Investment Management, GSK, Coutts, First Direct, AXA Investment Managers and many more learned how to promote a digital culture in their organisation that employees can be proud to represent.
Attendees heard from Dr. Matilde D’Amelio, Senior Lecturer in Digital Transformation & Change Management and Navdeep Chouhan, Head of Degree Programmes at BPP on the human aspect of digital transformation.
We then heard from Glenn Mallon, Senior Director, UK Enterprise Financial Services and Insurance at Dell Technologies on why a digitally-focused organisation will empower its workforce to deliver results more efficiently.
