The Digital Leadership Forum aims to help leading organisations innovate, learn and grow in the age of AI.
About the AI Healthcare Leadership Academy
The Digital Leadership Forum is partnering with Pinsent Masons to develop and provide an online AI Healthcare Leadership Academy. The purpose is to enable leading organisations to capitalise on the opportunities AI can provide in the healthcare and life sciences sector, in areas such as optimising operations, supporting clinical research, accelerating drug discovery, and improving patient outcomes.
This leadership academy will provide practical guidance, through a series of case studies, on how to strengthen data quality, governance and interoperability while maintaining a sound approach to policy making, risk management and the regulatory landscape.
Scope and sessions
Formed and continually developed through feedback from our advisory steering group of industry experts, the AI Healthcare Leadership Academy will gather our wider membership community for a series of quarterly sessions which will include:
- AI today and its power to transform healthcare
- Ethical considerations of AI in healthcare
- Scaling AI through your organisation
- Effective collaboration for a brighter future in healthcare
This blend of topics, complemented by a range of supporting resources and relevant industry case studies, will equip you with the vital knowledge of the benefits AI can provide and its untapped potential in the healthcare sector, as well as how effective data management and analytics tools can ensure this potential is reached. You will also gain unique insights into how an ethical approach can be adopted in an area where patient trust and respect for data privacy are fundamental.
As the leadership academy progresses and your knowledge deepens, we will equip you with the key skills and practical steps required to apply this knowledge and implement AI practices that propel your organisation to an industry leading position. The objective is that through continual development and success, effective collaboration can be fostered so that we can achieve a stronger future and innovate faster to improve patient outcomes.
Each session will provide key insights through a mixture of presentations from leading industry experts, panel talks, and interactive audience Q&A and discussions. This is an opportunity to not only gain essential knowledge that will give your organisation a competitive edge, but also form key connections and networks with fellow invited participants in a closed environment that will continue to enable your organisation to innovate, learn and grow in the age of AI.
